When your work email moves from the Samsung email app to Microsoft Outlook, you may see that your Notes saved to the Samsung Notes app have disappeared. 

To gain access back to these notes, you will need to sign into the Microsoft Office app, which will have all your Notes automatically saved.

Follow the steps below to Install and sign into the Microsoft Office app:

1. Swipe up from the middle of the screen to display all app then open the Play Store app
   
   
   
2. Select the search bar
   
   
   
3. Enter Microsoft Office then select the magnifying glass to search
   
   
   
4. Select Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powe..
   
   
   
5. Select Install
   
   
   
6. Select Allow
   
   
   
7. Select Get Started
   
   
   
8. Select Open
   
   
   
9. Select CONTINUE
   
   
   
10. Select Home
    
    
    
11. Select Notes
