Process

1. Hold down the Side/Power button until the phone powers off completely

   

2. Select slide to power off

   

3. The phone will begin to turn off

   

4. Once the phone has turned off completely, hold down the Side/Power button.

   

5. The phone should then power on, Enter Passcode
