If you are experiencing a connectivity issue with your mobile data on your mobile phone, please check if the APN setting has been setup correctly. You can check this by following the below steps:
1. Tap on 'Settings'
2. Tap on 'Mobile'
3. Tap on 'Mobile Data Option'
4.Tap on 'Mobile Data Network'
5. Ensure under the APN field for 'Mobile Data' this is set to either of the following:
Vodadone NZ: vodafone
Spark or 2 Degrees: internet
Telstra AU: telstra.wap
Optus AU: internet
