1. Sign in to https://www.icloud.com/#find with the Apple ID you used to sign into your work phone.
2. Click All Devices at the top of the screen:
3. Select the device that you want to remove from Find My iPhone:
4. Click Erase [device] and then Erase:
5. After authenticating your account click Next > Done:
6. When the device has been erased, select Remove from Account:
7. The iOS device you just removed should no longer appear under All Devices on the Find My iPhone screen.
