Before you return your device, you need to follow both of the actions below

1. Remove a Google Account you had set up on the device

1. Open Settings from the App Drawer
2. Select Cloud & Accounts
3. Select Accounts 
4. Select the email account you want to remove
5. Select Remove account
6. Enter your PIN and select Done
7. Select REMOVE ACCOUNT
8. Select OK

2. Factory reset the device

1. Open Settings from the App Drawer
2. Select General management
3. Select Reset 
4. Select Factory data reset
5. Select NEXT
6. Enter your PIN then select Done
7. Select REMOVE ACCOUNT
8. Select OK

Once you’ve completed the above steps successfully, your device can be placed in the return satchel for dispatch to Mobile Mentor.
