Before you return your device, you need to follow both of the actions below

1. Sign out from Apple ID (Remove Apple ID from device)

Open Settings > Select your Profile (your name) at the top > On the Apple ID screen scroll down and select Sign Out > Enter your Apple ID password then select Turn Off, wait for the process to complete

2. Factory reset the device (Wipe all data off device)

Open Settings > Scroll down and select General > Scroll down and select Reset > Select Erase all Content and Settings > Enter your Passcode > Select Erase iPhone > Select Erase iPhone again, wait for the process to complete

Once you’ve completed the above steps successfully, your device can be placed in the return satchel for dispatch to Mobile Mentor.
