Information

A Network Reset removes all network settings including Wi-Fi, Mobile/Cellular/Network, VPN, APN, Bluetooth.

Process

1. Open Settings

   

2. Scroll down and select General

   

3. Scroll down and select Reset

   

4. Select Reset Network Settings

   

5. Enter your passcode

   

6. Select Reset Network Settings

   

7. The phone will now begin powering off

   

8. The phone will then automatically power back on, when prompted Enter Passcode

   

Important, your Wi-Fi settings have now been removed.

• If your corporate Wi-Fi settings to do not come back automatically within 10 minutes. You will need to force check in your device, this will vary by security platform - these articles can be found here
• Personal or other Wi-Fi networks will need to be re-connected to manually. Refer to this article
