Control Panel can be used to view and change certain system settings, such as the Time and Date, and Network Status. 

Step 1. Click on the Search Bar in the bottom left

Step 2. Type 'Control Panel' and click on the Best Match result

Step 3. The Control Panel window will now be open

If the Search function doesn't show Control Panel within the results, check in the 'Windows System' folder in the Start menu.

Step 1. Click on the Windows Icon in the bottom left of the screen to bring up the Start Menu.

Step 2. Scroll down through the A-Z list to the letter 'W' - Click on the 'Windows System' folder.
