Prerequisite: an Android device enrolled with Mobile@Work
To force an Android device to check in to MobileIron Core, follow the steps below:
1. Open the Mobile@Work app.
2. Select the three lines over on the upper left hand corner.
3. Select Settings from the slider menu.
3. Select Force Device Check-in and confirm check in.
If the phone does not check in to MobileIron Core after these steps, check the internet connection and switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa.
