Prerequisite: an iPhone/iOS device enrolled with Mobile@Work
To force an iPhone or another iOS device to check in to MobileIron Core, follow the steps below:
1. Open the MobileIron Mobile@Work app.
2. Select Settings over on the lower right hand corner.
3. Select Check for updates under Settings.
3. Select Continue and confirm check in.
If the user's phone does not check in to MobileIron Core after these steps, check the internet connection and switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa.
