Lookout needs to be activated by following the steps in this article. If Lookout is asking you for an activation code, delete the app and begin this process from the start.
From the home screen, select Comp Portal
Select Sign In
Select View All Apps
Select Lookout for Work
Select Install
Wait for the app to finish installing
Select the Lookout Work app
Select Allow Once
Select Continue
Select the (i) icon in the top right corner
Select Setup Needed
Select Allow location for network protection
Select Go to Settings
Select Location
Select Always
Swipe up to finish setup
