Phone - Setup as the Authentication Method

Open Chrome or Edge and go to: aka.ms/mfasetup
Select your work email address or select Use Another account and enter your work email address then select Next
Enter your password then select Sign In
Select Security Info
Select + Add method
Select Phone from the drop down menu
Select Add
Enter your phone number, then select Call me, finally select Next
Microsoft will now attempt to call the number specified. When you receive the call follow the prompt and press # to authorise your phone number
Congratulations! - Multi-Factor Authentication has now been setup, select Done
