Types of priority messages
There are 3 types of messages that can be sent within Microsoft Teams all with differing levels of priority.
Standard (Default message)
This will be sent as a normal message, the recipient will only receive a notification based off their notification settings.
This will give your message a visual difference to show the recipient that this message is important and needs to be read.
This will give messages a visual difference to show the message is urgent and will send a notification to the recipient ever 2 minutes for 20 minutes, until read.
Note: This needs to be turned on by an administrator so may not be available for everyone.
