1. Check device settings

During a call

1. Select ellipses (3 dots)
   
2. Select Show device settings
   
3. Change Speaker and Microphone to those being used
   

 Out of call

1. Select your profile icon in the top right hand corner of teams
   
2. Select Settings
   
3. Select Devices
   
4. Change Speaker and Microphone to those being used
   

2. Make a test call

1. Select your profile icon in the top right hand corner of teams
   
2. Select Settings
   
3. Select Devices
   
4. Select Make a test call 
   
   Note: Once you hang up this will tell you what was and wasn't working and provide ways to resolve
   

3. Restart Teams
