SMS (Text) - Setup as the Authentication Method

Open Chrome or Edge and go to: aka.ms/mfasetup
Select your work email address or select Use Another account and enter your work email address then select Next
Enter your password then select Sign In
Select Security Info
Select + Add method
Select Phone from the drop down menu
Select Add
Enter your phone number, then select Text me a code, finally select Next
Microsoft will now send a text message to the number specified. Enter the code received, then select Next
Congratulations! - Multi-Factor Authentication has now been setup, select Done
