Desktop

1. Select Chat from the left-hand navigation menu
   
2. Hover cursor/mouse over the chat you are wanting to mute
3. Select the ellipses (3 dots) 
   

Note: You can identify a muted chat by the icon; it will show as a bell with a line through it.

IOS 

1. Select Chat from navigation menu
   
2. Swipe left on chat you are wanting to mute
   
3. Select Mute
   

Android 

1. Select Chat from bottom navigation menu
   
   
2. Hold down finger on the chat you are wanting to mute until the menu options show
   
3. Select Mute chat
