View profile/contact info

Select ‘'Search for or type a command’ field at the top of the screen
Enter the name of the employee you wish to search then select their name (This will take you to your chat with this employee)
Hover your cursor over their profile picture (should be a circle to the left of their name at the top of the window). This will show you their details and contact info (Email, phone number, online status, etc.)
