You can view your incoming and outgoing call history, which includes details such as date, time, and length of the calls.
How to view call history
- Select Calls tab
- Select History
Call History Options
When selecting the ellipses to the right of each call log, you are provided with a few options:
- Call back - This will automatically call back the same user.
- Chat - Automatically opens a private chat with the user
- Add to speed dial - Adds the user to your speed dial list, allowing for quick contact
- Add to contacts - Add the user to your list of contacts allowing for quicker searching of users (depending on the size of the organisation)
