Open an internet browser and go to https://outlook.office365.com

Enter your work email address then select Next

Enter your work password then select Sign in

Approve the sign in request via your chosen method

Select the calendar icon in the bottom left corner

Select Share in the top right corner

Enter your personal email (needs to be signed in on your Phone) then select the email address from the dropdown

Select Share
- Continue with the below instructions depending on which mail app you are using.

Open the Outlook app

Open the email You're invited to share this calendar

Select Accept
If the calendar doesn't sync straight away try resetting Outlook to force a sync of the data.
- Open Outlook, and select the users account icon at the top left hand side of the screen (avatar)
- Select the Settings icon at the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
- Under Email accounts select their Office 365 account - it will have their email address listed.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Reset Account. Select Continue to reset and restart the app.
