- Open a browser and go to aka.ms/sspr
Note: If you are unable to access your laptop, follow this process on your mobile phone.
- Enter your company email address then enter the characters shown then select Next
Note: If you receive an error regarding not having self service password reset enabled, follow the appropriate guide to setup Authenticator the start again from Step 1
- Enter your verification code from the authenticator app then select Next
Note: If you have setup a different method of multi-factor authentication you may receive different options to verify
- Create a new password and then confirm the new password then select Finish
