Turn on Contact Sync/Reenable Contact Sync

1. Select the Profile icon in the top left
   
   
   
2. Select the Settings Cog Wheel icon in the bottom left
   
   
   
3. Select your Office 365 mail account
   
   
   
4. Select the Sync contacts toggle to turn on contact sync
   
   
   
5. Select Allow
   
   
   Note: If Sync contacts is already enabled, disable it and then enable it again.
   
   
6. Select the Sync contacts toggle to turn off
   
   
   
7. Select DISABLE then follow steps 1-4 to reenable
   

Reset Account

1. Select the Profile icon in the top left
   
   
   
2. Select the Settings Cog Wheel icon in the bottom left
   
   
   
3. Select your Office 365 mail account
   
   
   
4. Select RESET ACCOUNT
   
   
   
5. Select CONTINUE
   Note: Your app will restart and resync all your information automatically
   

Delete Account

1. Select the Profile icon in the top left
   
   
   
2. Select the Settings Cog Wheel icon in the bottom left
   
   
   
3. Select your Office 365 mail account
   
   
   
4. Select DELETE ACCOUNT
   
   
   
5. Select DELETE
   
   
   
6. Select ADD ACCOUNT
   
   
   
7. Select CONTINUE
   
   
   
8. Select MAYBE LATER
